Former Friends star Matthew Perry is showing talent in the real estate arena, after almost doubling the price on a home he bought six years ago.
The 36-year-old actor bought a home in Beverly Hills, California, in 1999 for $3.2 million (GBP1.7 million). And after adding a screening room, a gym, a games area, an office, a wine cellar and several outdoor entertainment areas to the five-bedroom property, he recently sold it for $6.1 million (GBP3.3 million).
Perry now owns a condominium in Hollywood’s Sunset Strip area.

Welcome to a new server, thanks Laura! Hopefully you could all find it! I made some changes to the site that maybe you wouldn’t notice right away, but they’re there lol! At the bottom of the index page I added “navigation” so you can go back pages to read old news (it used to be at the top, but that made no sense lol). I also added clickable smilies in the comment section. I will be making more changes when time passes!

- Chris : I received my DVD of Numb yesterday, so I sat down last night and watched it. It was good. He was good. Nothing at all like Chandler or any other roles he's played. The direction (director) could have been better. But then again I'm no movie buff. At times it didn't even look like him. He looked changed some how. All and all I'd give this movie a solid 6 on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best. Now I just have to watch Serving Sara. Hope all of you get to enjoy the movie Numb!!
