Matthew Perry literally leaps out of his friends car in Los Angeles.

Former Friends star Matthew Perry is showing talent in the real estate arena, after almost doubling the price on a home he bought six years ago.

The 36-year-old actor bought a home in Beverly Hills, California, in 1999 for $3.2 million (GBP1.7 million). And after adding a screening room, a gym, a games area, an office, a wine cellar and several outdoor entertainment areas to the five-bedroom property, he recently sold it for $6.1 million (GBP3.3 million).

Perry now owns a condominium in Hollywood?s Sunset Strip area.
