Matthew Perry suffers from an incurable form of insomnia - he’s scared of falling asleep. The former Friends star admits he has tried everything to relax at night, but has yet to find something to rid him of his unusual fear. He says, “I’ve bought really comfortable bedding, I light candles to create a relaxing atmosphere and put on calming music to play while brushing my teeth - but none of these rituals work. It’s hard to turn my head off and when I try to go to sleep, something creeps in, a little fear, I think.”

Los Angeles officially greeted the Beckham family with a typical star studded bash at the Geffen Museum of Contemporary Arts. Along with a red carpet there was valet service and huge American and British flags outside to great guests. The Hollywood elite attended the event which went on from 8pm till 2pm.

- Chris : I received my DVD of Numb yesterday, so I sat down last night and watched it. It was good. He was good. Nothing at all like Chandler or any other roles he's played. The direction (director) could have been better. But then again I'm no movie buff. At times it didn't even look like him. He looked changed some how. All and all I'd give this movie a solid 6 on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best. Now I just have to watch Serving Sara. Hope all of you get to enjoy the movie Numb!!

(This person used to play tennis when they were like 14 on the same circuit) they heard from someone else he was going to be in town. - Martha : If Numb is in theaters in London that could very well be why he's there, that is assuming he is still in London. I read a few Matthew sighting that took place not too long ago in NY and LA and he was described as not friendly or crabby so maybe he did need to get away. Personally I think he is a moody person.
