Why a Birthday Project?
Matthew Perry has been seen donating his time, talent and money to a variety of charities over the past years. Matthewperry.one-breath.org proudly supported these charities by donating the money it received from the google-ads. At some point the amount to host the site on my own was too much and the site was switched over to a free host one-breath.org, which meant I could no longer use the google-ads for charity! Thus came the idea to start a Birthday Project and make a collective donation to Matthew’s favourite organisation, the Lili Claire Foundation.

How can I participate?
As a special birthday gift for Matthew, I would like to suggest that us fans make a donation to one of the charity organizations that Matthew regularly supports - the Lili ClaireFoundation - under a special birthday gift account.
If you have the time and inspiration you can also make something on your computer that consists of your creative outburst inspired by Matthew Perry.

How and where can I make a donation?
If you’d like to participate use the donation paypal button on the left side bar (US currency only please). Or you can send the money to: donate_to_liliclaire@matthewperry.one-breath.org

What does the bar show?
The donate widget/bar shows the details of our monetary goal, how much money has been raised, and when the project ends.

What is the goal for now?
The bar will keep track of our $250 goal!

Can I donate in my own currency?
US dollars only please.

What do you mean with make something?
Write a letter, poetry, fan art like icons, banners etc, of course inspired by Matthew Perry.

What is NOT allowed?
Obviously anything disrespectful or intrusive. If you plan on writing a birthday message, please refrain from just writing “Happy birthday and I love you Matthew!” Try and tell him why you admire him so much, what makes him special to you. Keep them personal to you, I’m sure Matthew would appreciate that more!

Will Matthew see my entry?
I’m in contact with the Lili Claire Foundation to see if and how we can pass those messages along to Matthew when he hosts the 11th Annual Benefit Dinner & Auction Gala on October 4th! I’ll keep you all updated on that.

Can I write Matthew a message in my own language?
All entries should be in English language.

Do I have to include my name and country
No, but it would be nice. You can include a nickname (does not have to be a full name) and if you want add your country of residence so Matthew can get an idea where all the messages are coming from.

How do I send in my entry?
Simply click here and use the “submit” form.

When will my contribution be added to the Entries page?
After you have submitted your entry, it will be added to the entries as soon as possible. The final date to send in your entry will be determind at the end of July.

How can I spread the word about this Matthew’s Birthday Project?
You can support Matthew’s Birtday Project by posting the buttons wherever you want.
