- christine : @UK Girl, here in Wisconsin since it's snowy and cold until March, we use the excuse that we have to keep our "winter weight" to keep us warm until Spring. hahaha! Then when Spring does come, the hard part of lossing all the weight before summer starts.

- Guest_4145 : No I just meant why would it be Matthew? Did my post sound too much like a rave? Because that wasn't my intention, and I didn't say anything that wasn't true. We've seen him typecast enough in comedy, and we probably will again ad nauseum, but clearly he's very good at stuff that isn't comedy too.

- christine : I have the Ron Clark Story on DVD also. Did you know Matthew is on the Board of Directors for the Ron Clark Academy in Georgia, USA?
- christine : I think he played the character well in Birds of America, but the movie just seemed to drag on a little bit. The concept of the movie, having to raise his brother and sister at a young age and not really getting exactly what he wanted out of life, was a cool idea, but it just seemed to be missing something???? I don't know what though. He always puts 110% into his roles and makes you believe his character.
- dora : I also liked The Ron Clark story.. Have you seen it?
- dora : Yes I did see both movies.. He played very different characters , (not like Chandler) but he was really good in both movies. However I believe that comedy is his "thing" !!
- christine : I liked him in the movie Numb. He played his character so well. I was dsiappointed that it didn't come out in the theaters but only on dvd, but I rented it and then "Santa Clause" brought it for me in my stocking. Did you see Birds of America?
- dora : Yeah me too it must be very interesting and we haven't seen Matthew in a new film or show for a very long time..

- juleskay123 : I've been a fan of Matthew since July 2005. I had only watched occasional episodes of Friends before then but decided to watch loads of re-runs and realised Matthew was gorgeous and I had to buy all the dvds from ebay!

He and I joke that Matti is #1 on my "list of celebrities you can"...you know...like the list Ross and Chandler had in the show. hahaha!!! My husband loves FRIENDS too. Now our 7 yr old daughter loves watching all the syndicated showes and we have the 10 season dvd collection. Chandler is her favorite. (of couse)!!!

- juleskay123 : Guest 131, the pic was from the movie Serving Sara and it just showed him sitting down. I think if it really was Matthew's site he would have used his own photo not one from a movie that he made in 2001 in which he didn't look very good because he was drinking then.

- UK Girl : Regarding Matthew on FB- I think that just because he is in the public eye, he is still normal with feelings the same as the rest of us & so must have felt hurt, annoyed & abused by the taking his photos etc & posting them on here - just like anyone of us would be if even someone we know would do that. Looks like he might be grown out some facial hair. Maybe a gotee. Either that or he just hasn’t shaved in a while. He looks good kinda ruff looking. That jacket is nice but a little kooky with the rest of it. I guess that is fashion?

although, looking closely at the 1st pic, he doesnt seem to be doing a lot of sleeping, he seems to be getting some bags under his eyes… there are 2 possible reasons for this:
1. he has been out and about late or night, like he does sometimes
or
2.he has been entertaining a lady (By the way, if it is this one, its not me, just to make it clear lol!!)
@Aimie: Matthew used to have trouble sleeping so maybe he still isn’t sleeping well.

It might be his sleeping problems, plus the hard work associated with trying to write and produce a new show. He is probably working alot on that.

Like I said before I like the facial hair. What I don’t care for is when he lets his hair get too long. Even though the man has a nice head of hair I think he looks better in shorter hair.
I agree Martha, I like him best when his hair is a little shorter. Of course any way he wears it he looks great!
I heard that is insomina has no cure that he would have the rest of his life. I think that he looks ok. His hair could be shorter and I like clean shaven men. Its not me either keeping him up late at night.
